Your safari with us directly supports conservation and community initiatives across Africa.

Safarious was founded on the belief that truly exceptional travel carries a responsibility beyond the journey itself. We work exclusively with outstanding lodges, guides, and partners who share our standards for integrity, design, and genuine care for place. We also believe that leadership in travel requires more than good intentions. It requires structure, commitment, and action.

That belief led to the creation of The Safarious Fund: an integrated commitment to ensuring the places we travel through are meaningfully supported long after our guests depart. Rather than treating impact as an afterthought, we have embedded it into the core of how we operate, setting a benchmark we believe modern luxury travel must meet.

When you travel with Safarious, each journey contributes directly to this vision. A minimum of 2% of the total cost of every trip is directed to The Safarious Fund. We invest in a carefully selected group of partners working across conservation, education, healthcare, research, and cultural preservation. The approach is deliberate, long-term, and quietly effective, designed to lead by example and demonstrate what responsible travel, done properly, can achieve.

Since the Fund’s inception in 2024, we have contributed over US$200,000 to a carefully selected group of conservation partners. These donations have supported a wide range of vital initiatives, including habitat restoration, species protection, education programs for women and girls, leadership training, scholarships, school meals, healthcare, wildlife research, and documentary filmmaking.

Our expressed wish is for more travel companies to follow suit. Together, we can reimagine the safari industry and ensure an abundant natural heritage for future generations to come.

Founded in 1967, the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund protects endangered gorillas through daily monitoring and anti-poaching while supporting local communities with education, training, and sustainable livelihoods.
